Sir, – It’s official. The countdown to Christmas 2021 has begun, a little earlier than usual this year! I see in the Weekend Magazine an advertisement for a trip to visit Santa in Lapland, and according to my calendar, there’s only 306 days to go.
Personally, I’m looking forward to St Patrick’s Day 2022, and a pint of plain in the Ha’penny Bridge Inn. Here’s to hoping. Yours, etc,
