And is there any truth in reports that if your opening point is followed by a total non-sequitur your letter is less likely to be published?
And is it true that if your letter consists of more than three questions it is even less likely to be published?
And is there any evidence of the effects of the pandemic on the mental health of letter writers to your paper? – Yours, etc,
