Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle?
Yes I work hard at keeping healthy in mind, body and soul, as well as exercising and eating properly. I think a healthy lifestyle is of upmost importance.

How often do you exercise?
I exercise six days a week and do a combination of weight-lifting, cardio and Pilates.

Do you get your five fruit and vegetables a day?
Yes definitely, I eat a wholefoods plant-based diet so it's closer to 15 servings a day.

Do you worry?
Not so much at the moment. I used to worry a lot as a teenager and in my early twenties, but I'm pretty relaxed about most things now. I've learnt that you can't please everybody all of the time. I try to get involved in activities that appeal to my strengths and that I will enjoy, like the Carton House Most Stylish Lady competition, for instance.

What do you do to relax?
Exercise is a great form of stress release for me and in particular I find Pilates excellent for improving mental clarity and focus. I also enjoy reading, writing and cooking.

What's your worst habit?
Not relaxing enough. I tend to take on too much push myself until exhaustion. I would love to be able to just sit still and do nothing sometimes.
