Sir, – My son and his family returned to Dublin from Johannesburg via Frankfurt on May 15th, but one of their checked-in cases did not. Following weeks of numerous and seemingly futile emails and phone calls, the case was delivered intact to their home on July 16th – a full two months later.
Is this a record? At least it may provide some consolation and hope to others in a similar situation. – Yours, etc,
