Charges arising from alleged intimidation incidents at the loyalist Mourneview Estate in Lurgan on December 19th were brought against Mr Stephen Irwin Haire (22), an administrative officer, of Drumnagoon Road, Portadown, and Mr Stephen John McMullan (33), an unemployed labourer, Russell Drive, Lurgan, at a special court in Craigavon yesterday. Both are charged with attempting to intimidate Mr Barrie Bradbury to leave the place where he was resident or in occupation. Mr McMullan was further charged with making a threat to kill Mr Bradbury, and making a threat to destroy or damage a house in Donard Gardens, Lurgan.
