A second man has been arrested as part of a Police Service of Northern Ireland investigation into a weekend fire at a flat in Bangor, Co Down, in which a man died.

The man is being questioned in Bangor. The police earlier arrested another man, and he is still being questioned.

The body of Mr Michael O'Hare (36) was discovered after emergency services were called to a fire in a flat on Dufferin Avenue on Saturday evening.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and police are treating the fire as suspicious.
