Washington - US federal safety investigators have concluded that John F. Kennedy Jr. lost control of the single-engine plane he was flying last year, resulting in the crash that claimed his life and those of his wife and her sister. In a final report on the crash near Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, the National Transportation Safety Board said Kennedy had likely become disoriented during a descent over water at night.
