The IDA's reputation with foreign companies for the orderly management of its industrial estates would be damaged if it allowed trespass by the travelling community, the High Court has been told. Mr Simon Boyle, counsel for the IDA, was granted an interim injunction restraining a group of travellers from continuing to trespass on the Grannagh Industrial Estate, Co Kilkenny.

Mr Justice Kelly was told 25 travellers in 11 caravans with six vehicles, including three 1996 registrations, had been trespassing on the estate since August 7th.
