A man in his 20s died after falling from a cliff at Glendalough, Co Wicklow, yesterday

A man in his 20s died after falling from a cliff at Glendalough, Co Wicklow, yesterday. The man, from Dublin, lost his footing at the summit of Acorn Buttress where he was hill-walking with friends yesterday afternoon.

He fell 200 feet, landing on a ledge near the bottom of the cliff, located west of Glendalough's upper lake.
