Europe's largest software company, SAP, is relocating its European service and support centre to Citywest Business Campus, where it will expand its workforce to 350 in a new state-of-the-art "green" building. SAP is to occupy 75,000 sq ft in a two-storey complex, which is currently being built. Under an agreement negotiated earlier this year, SAP will take a 25-year lease and pay a rent of £14.50 per sq ft. Office rentals in Citywest have moved up to £16 per sq ft in the intervening months.
The company will begin moving into the new building next April, following relocation from its current headquarters in East Point Business Park.
Anthony O'Loughlin of Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Citywest and Fintan Tierney of Lambert Smith Hampton represented SAP.
