Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guideline price of £975,000 for a building rented by ICS Building Society, at the junction of Main Street and Quinsboro Road, in Bray, Co Wicklow. ICS, a subsidiary of Bank of Ireland, is paying a rent of £35,300 for the retail portion of the ground floor under a lease. A further 2,900 sq ft on the ground and first floors are currently vacant.
The same agency is seeking over £750,000 for a 1,600 sq ft retail premises at The Diamond in Malahide, Co Dublin which is rented by Powell Interiors at rent of £13,000 per annum, which is due to be reviewed.
