Ingredients

  • 250g tinned white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground

2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If needed, add a little water, a tablespoon at a time, to achieve a smoother consistency.
