The Legal Aid Board has issued a series of family law information leaflets on issues including divorce, maintenance, domestic violence and wills and inheritance.

The nine easy-to-understand booklets are the start of an external communications initiative by the board. It plans to publish a customer care action plan, which will give details of the service clients can expect in areas such as courtesy and response times to correspondence and other contacts.
