An elevated site of 2.6 acres overlooking Howth Harbour in north Dublin has been bought by Gregg Kavanagh of New Generation Homes for €1.6 million. Agent Kelly Walsh handled the sale of the site at Balscadden Road which is expected to accommodate around 20 houses. It was previously owned by Pierse Construction.
