Irish Design Centre to open new store in Drury Street

The Irish Design Centre is to open a new store for the sale of handmade designer giftware products at 41 Drury Street, Dublin 2.

The company has agreed to pay the asking rent of €30,000 for the building on a new four years and nine months lease.

The building has a ground floor retail area of 30sq m (323sq ft), a first floor showroom of 26sq m (280sq ft) and second and third floor offices of 26sq m each.

Niamh Walsh of Lisney, who handled the letting, said Drury Street was the ideal location for the Irish Design shop because the area was continuously attracting specialist retailers.
