An infill residential site on Goatstown Road in Dublin 14 is fresh to the market this week at more than €6.5 million through agent Knight Frank.

It extends to 0.84 acres, has 90m of road frontage and could – subject to planning permission – accommodate a three- to five-storey scheme of 75 apartments over a basement car park, according to a feasibility study prepared by architects O’Mahony Pike.

The property is occupied by a Charles Hurst Premium used-car sales showroom but is being sold with vacant possession as the business is relocating to the Kingswood interchange on the Naas Road.
