Savills appoints Peter Levins to industrial and logistics role

Savills is beefing up its industrial and logistics division with the appointment of Peter Levins as divisional director.

Mr Levins has more than 20 years' experience in commercial property, holds a degree in property economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

He recently held a senior role in Rohan Holdings, where he managed a large office and industrial portfolio in Ireland and the UK and was responsible for the leasing and sale of industrial/logistics facilities in prime business parks across Dublin.

Savills’ industrial and logistics division has doubled its headcount over the past year. This is indicative of the strength of the sector, where demand for warehousing is booming due to the growth of online retailing, Brexit and the growing Irish economy.
