The former Bank of Ireland branch at the junction of Pearse Street and Lombard Street in Dublin 2 and an adjoining pharmacy have been bought by a private investor for €832,500.
The bank had been paying a rent of €91,995 for the use of the ground floor and basement but surrendered its lease following the sale.
Allsop Space, which handled the sale, said it is currently in negotiations to let the premises to a café operator.
The two-storey over basement building extends to over 398sq m (4,291sq ft).
The complex is currently producing rents of €44,700, of which €29,000 comes from the Lombard Pharmacy on Lombard Street and €15,700 is paid by the Junction Studios.
The listed property includes three car-parking spaces.
