Shares in Baltimore Technologies were virtually unchanged yesterday closing down $12.5 at $19.56 following notification that Intel Corporation had disposed of a notifiable stake in the company on August 11th.

Neither side would reveal the exact amount of shares sold, but an Intel spokesman confirmed the company had reduced its stake from 4.6 per cent, worth more than $169 million, to below 3 per cent.
