Kehoe Cup (SH)/Wicklow 3-20 Roscommon 3-13:Wicklow hurlers had this quarter-final game won at half-time when they had opened up a virtually unassailable 13-point gap - 3-12 to 1-5 - with a dominant first-half display in Bray.
Full-forward Shane McGrath was the scorer of two of those goals.
As the leaders brought in three substitutes at the start of the second half they lost their shape and allowed last year's Nicky Rackard champions back in the fray. Roscommon midfielder Gerry Fallon scored two goals from frees but they never looked as if were going to threaten Wicklow's huge lead.
