Back-to-back European Cross Country champion in 2011-2012, McCormack has been Ireland's most consistent distance runner of recent years, with 40 senior international appearances, Tokyo set to be her fourth Olympics. Improved her best to 2:26:47 in Chicago in 2019, before giving birth to her second daughter last December, she won't fear the distance or opposition in Sapporo.
