How much is a large sliced pan? "Is it about 80p. I'm not sure. I'm more of a washing powder and toothpaste man when I go shopping. I still spend a fair bit of time at my parent's house."

What's your nickname? "Well I suppose officially it's Rog (Ronan O'Gara). I'm also known as AHS (above his station) and just recently LA O'Gara, because I cleaned Peter Clohessy out at cards and had enough to buy a flight to Los Angeles."

Loaded or Rugby World magazine? "I would have little interest in either but I suppose if I was asked to pick one I would have to go for Rugby World.

How would you improve rugby to make it a more entertaining sport? "It's a bit of a cliche but I would like to see it switched to the summer months when ground conditions are better, making it easier to play. That and the introduction of female referees."

Favourite line from a movie? "I need your boots, your clothes and your motorcycle." Arnold Schwartznegger from the Terminator movie. It's really Donnacha O'Callaghan's favourite saying, but I can't think of anything at the moment."

Pre-match meal? "Chicken and pasta, potato, ice cream and bananas. It's not really our choice. Kind of set menu stuff."
