TOMORROW'S resumption of the National Leagues sees thefootballers in action as they will be again next week before the hurling starts on February 18th. Given the qualification procedures, every League is fairly open at this stage of the year and the current one is no exception.
Tomorrow's big match is at Navan where leaders Meath, having won all four matches before the break, take on second placed Donegal. Both are likely qualifiers for the quarter finals. Any two of Kerry, Derry and Tyrone - probably the first two - should complete the line up. Clare and Kildare are tipped for relegation.
The second division will be closely contested but Cork are likely winners. Realistically, any one of Leitrim, Cavan, Armagh and Dublin could join Cork in securing promotion but this guess says Leitrim with Louth and Westmeath to move the other way.
