Busy times for Laois, who hit the championship trail last week and return to it next weekend.
They are coping with a certain amount of disruption with Paul Cuddy suspended and Niall Rigney's attacking presence sacrificed to cover the vacancy at full back.
Maybe it will be needed given that Antrim's selection is disrupted for more positive reasons, with Gregory O'Kane back in action for the first time this year at full forward.
Both were fairly clear winners of their divisions and the teams best suited to promotion. Pat Delaney has had his patience sorely tried by events in Laois and will be happy that the focus is now back on the field of play.
Antrim have looked more business-like under Dinny Cahill and carry more threat up front even with Ally Elliott still out of the equation. The northerners are favoured to land a rare national title.
