In atrocious weather conditions, An Ghaeltacht always held the upper hand against Tralee rivals Kerins O'Rahilly's at the Austin Stack Park Tralee.

The game was a dour affair with defences on top, but at midfield for the winners Darragh O Se was the main difference between the sides. Dara O Cinneide kicked five points.
