Where have all the women gone?

Sir, – Each time an announcement is made on important Government policy a photograph of three men Leo, Micheál and Eamon accompanies the article.

Are there no women at all working on these policies from the female elected representatives and civil servants we have?

Or does the band of Government advisers believe that having women in the picture takes away from the serious nature of the message?
