Sir, – The Pentagon has admitted that the United States “made a mistake” when sending a drone in Kabul recently that killed 10 civilians including seven children. It seems that one of them was an aid worker who worked for a US aid group.
The US says that it followed the vehicle and thought its “activities” were suspicious. This appears to be sufficient reason to attack and kill innocent civilians and children.
It begs the question, do we move on, or is there anyone to be held accountable?
