The EU and Russian gas

A chara, – European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen says the cutting by Russia of the gas supply to Poland and Bulgaria shows how unreliable Russia is “as a gas supplier”. There may be a list somewhere containing the ways in which Mr Putin is unreliable. And gas supply may not be at the top of such a list. – Yours, etc,
