Sir, – According to "Sale of Siteserv to Denis O'Brien based on 'misleading information', judge says" (News, May 13th), the "judge circulated a confidential draft final report to witnesses yesterday after seven years of investigation".
Irrespective of the way the sale was handled , how can it take so long to produce this report, which is still not the final version! – Yours, etc,
