A chara, – Listening to RTÉ’s Morning Ireland, I was annoyed by the following question on the upcoming Sally Rooney TV series: “Would you watch it with your granny?” Why is it that when it comes to 21st-century books, films and television, it’s always Dinosaur Granny who is invoked?
