A chara, – After confirming with the tenants living in my property back in Dublin that they never received the local property tax PIN or invoice, I made a payment of €296.35 online before the closing date. During my payment set-up I was asked to enter an email address and I assumed that this was to receive some form of confirmation of payment. However, that is not the case – all I have to show for paying my property tax is a narrative on my credit card statement showing “Property Tax Francis Street”.
