Sir, – Paul McCarthy writes that local residents in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are waiting "52 weeks and counting" for the council to produce a plan to sort out traffic on their local roads (Letters, February 23rd).
That’s nothing; we are waiting eight years and counting for Fingal County Council to finish the Malahide Public Realm Strategy, agreed between the council and numerous local organisations and community groups in 2014. – Yours, etc,
