Sir, – It would be greatly appreciated by the third-year students of Ireland if you covered the subject of the Junior Cycle exam in June.
We are astounded at the lack of attention given in your recent articles regarding the absence of changes made to this year’s State exams.
The Leaving Cert is constantly being spoken and written about while the Junior Cert is being swept under the rug. Our year group has had their education disrupted hugely in the last number of years.
We are being left in the dark without guidance and clarity.

In future, we suggest you take some time to cover the topic and address the concerns of a cohort that has been largely unheard, overlooked and forgotten. – Yours, etc,
