Give thanks - not criticism - for vaccines

Sir, – How quickly the mood of some citizens has turned from gratitude and relief in the spring to one of impatience and entitlement to the booster dose.

Sideline observers like Mary Counihan (Letters, November 27th) should reflect on the trojan vaccination work done seven days a week since March throughout the country.

Spare the criticism for the greed that denies vaccines to developing countries. And be thankful for your free vaccines.
