Sir,– I have now attempted to enter my property details a total of eight times on Revenue Online, in an effort to sort out my local property tax before the November 1st deadline. Every time I complete the online form and press “Continue”, I am informed that my request could not be processed and I am given a long reference number with the assurance that “an unexpected error has occurred”. I have news for Revenue: after eight attempts it is no longer unexpected! – Yours, etc,
