I received a letter recently from a “program” manager at the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland asking me to call their call “center”. It also seemed uncertain about the distinction between an “advisor” and an adviser.

The letter also bore the Rialtas na hÉireann Government of Ireland and national symbol. – Yours, etc,
