Sir, – Based on the latest evidence, and counting from the Government’s adoption of the 2006 McKinsey report regarding the need for a new national children’s hospital, it appears that the Chinese could build, one after the other, about 500 hospitals in less time than it takes the Irish to build one. – Yours, etc,
