Sir, – Cliff Taylor asks whether the scrutiny under which their culture remains is "a little embarrassing for the bankers" ("Some banks still don't know how to behave properly towards their customers", Business Opinion, July 25th).
Has he not noted the copious evidence in recent years that the bankers of Ireland just don’t do embarrassment? – Yours, etc,
