Sir, – I note that the Dart has posters informing passengers how to report anti-social behaviour on the train by texting in details, location, and carriage number. However, I have never seen a number displayed in a Dart carriage. At night, or if I am a tourist, establishing a location is difficult. This information could be easily captured on a smartphone using a QR code in the carriage and smartphone location services. Perhaps Iarnród Éireann could consider some modern user-centred design for the update! – Yours, etc,
