Sir, – With all the challenges a new mother has to overcome, I never expected one to be navigating the streets of Dublin on bin day with a buggy. This week I had to move 13 bins in order to stay on the path over a 2km distance.
This inaccessibility, I’ve no doubt, is a huge frustration for many, including the elderly, disabled, injured, among others, and it is avoidable with a small amount of consideration as to where the bins are returned once emptied. – Yours, etc,
