Sir, – The National Transport Authority (NTA) survey of residents in the metropolitan areas “indicates a high level of support for more government spending on walking and wheeling” (News, March 5th).
If the NTA were to survey those who cannot afford to live in the metropolitan area, yet who work in and use the city, I suspect its findings would be different. – Yours, etc,
