Sir, – Lara Marlowe in “French learn to embrace right to be lazy” (World, November 30th) notes how a new study claims France is in the grip of “an epidemic of laziness”.
The increase in the “right to be lazy” rose to 85 per cent on the far left.
Surely it is a case of “left to be lazy”? – Yours, etc,
