A court report in the edition of last Friday, which was followed up in yesterday’s edition, concerning an action for repossession of a property at Smithfield in Dublin, stated that the sub-tenants of the defendant company are the Light House cinema and Fresh Supermarket, as was stated in court.
Light House cinema have stated that they are not a sub-tenant of the defendant company and are not a party to the proceedings in any way.
