The promoters of the U2 PopMart concert at Lansdowne Road, are trying to arrange a second show after the 40,000 tickets for the first date were sold out on Saturday within two hours.

Mr Denis Desmond, from the promoters MCD, said: "I want a second concert to satisfy excess demand, but it is a matter of logistics. We don't know if the production schedule can be changed".
