Two new cases of foot and mouth have been confirmed in Wales, the Welsh Assembly said today.

Two new cases of foot and mouth have been confirmed in Wales, the Welsh Assembly said today.

The outbreaks have been identified in cattle at a farm in Anglesey, bringing the total on the island to five, and in sheep at Llanfair Caereinion, Radnorshire, Powys.

Wales now has 14 confirmed cases of the disease.
