Serbia's new parliament today voted in a conservative-led minority government backed by the Socialists of jailed ex-leader Slobodan Milosevic, a combination that has sparked concern in Western capitals.

The 250-seat assembly approved the 18-member cabinet of Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, a self-styled moderate nationalist who helped topple Milosevic in 2000, by 130 votes to 113.
