The RUC has arrested a second man in connection with the IRA murder of Constables John Graham and David Johnson in Lurgan, Co Armagh, on June 16th. The man was arrested in the north Armagh area early yesterday and taken to Gough Barracks for questioning.
Another man has been charged with the double murder. The constables were shot while on foot patrol by two men wearing wigs.
