Insurance company Quinn Direct will create around 350 jobs in a new e-commerce centre in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.
Sean Quinn, group chief executive, said the objective of the project was to increase the company share of the market - currently 9 per cent of the Irish insurance market and 6 per cent of the Northern Ireland market.
Mr Ian Pearson, the North's minister responsible for Enterprise, Trade and Investment, said the news was a "tremendously important development for Enniskillen" which would make a "valuable economic contribution to the area".
