Police in Cookstown, Co Tyrone, are investigating a suspicious fire at a residential home in the Westland Road area of the town last night.
Police said this morning it appeared that two gas cylinders were set alight at the rear of the building.
Staff and residents were evacuated due to the fire, which was reported to the emergency services shortly after 1 a.m.
Extensive damage was caused to the rear of the building, and police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
