Esso Ireland is to reduce the price of petrol by 3.6p per gallon (0.8p per litre). Diesel will be reduced by 9.5p per gallon (2.1p per litre). The reductions are a result of the recent fall in international oil prices and the strength of the Irish pound against the US dollar. The reductions come into effect at midnight tonight.
